CPR1st Administrator

This course is a Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid combined into one program.

It is designed to teach divers the proper techniques to safely administer CPR and evaluate and administer the correct First Aid for a given injury. The student will be qualified at the end of this specialty to:

1. Recognize and evaluate an emergency situation and a victim.
2. Know how to activate or alert the EMS.
3. Be able to provide one (1) person adult CPR and administer the proper First Aid to a nonbreathing
or injured person.

It is important that the student understand that a re-qualification course is required every two (2)
years.

Prerequisites: Must be a minimum of age eighteen (18) or minimum age ten (10) with parental consent.

Cost: $70.00

What's involved:

In order to complete this course, students must:

1. Demonstrate an understanding of First Aid and CPR.
2. Recognize and evaluate an emergency situation.
3. Know how to activate or alert the EMS.
Note: The certification is good for two (2) years and must be renewed.
