Turtles! Coral! Manatees! Sharks! Fish of all kinds! When we return from a dive and try to relate to friends who don’t dive or didn't come on that dive, what we saw and experienced, we are often stymied because of the beauty and the differences with the dry world we live in on the surface. This specialty course teaches the diver how to use and care for an underwater camera with an emphasis on underwater digital photography. Due to competition in the market, being able to attain this certification and own your own underwater digital camera is becoming very economical for all divers. To have the ability to bring back accurate and descriptive pictures will help relate your story and and allows you to share another dimension of diving with your friends and family and best of all...you'll have your dive memories forever in a digital format. Prerequisites: Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver, minimum age of eighteen (18) or age of ten (10) with parental consent. Cost: $100. This includes the use of an underwater camera. What's involved: Lecture and 2 dives, photo evaluation.
